  This is our fourth year vacationing in the Bethany/Rehoboth area and the first time at this home and we absolutely loved it! There were 11 of us and the home… read more had plenty of space + a fenced in yard. It’s nicely decorated, comfy furnishings, and well stocked in household amenities. They provided us with the passes for the shuttle, pools, clubhouse, fitness center, and Pickleball courts! The development is clean, has bike and walking trails galore, and the neighbors are very friendly. They are also gracious in providing beach chairs and umbrellas, pool floats, pickleball equipment, bikes, and helmets and even replaced the TV in the living room right away when the current one didn’t work. Jonathan is a great host and his home is beautiful. We have stayed in two other developments and this one is a keeper!
